Commitmenthpobes! The time is nigh for your perfect one-night, one-day and one-season stands. If you like shiny and new, unexpected and irreverent, we’ve got the Hamptons pop-ups happening this Memorial Weekend and, in some instances, all season long. If you’re looking for a summer romance of the food, drink or fitness kind, we’ve got the deets…
Saylor Beach and Yacht Hampton link the North and South forks
Why isn’t the world run by women? They make things happen! Case in point: While no one else can seem to link the forks, leave it to pop icon Taylor Dayne and Claudio’s co-owner and hospitality pro Celeste Fiero to forge a partnership this summer with Yacht Hampton so you can visit their just-launched project, Saylor Beach House Restaurant and Barin Greenport. Starting Memorial Day Weekend, $75 gets you a one-way, 40-minute white-glove ride between Sag Harbor and Claudio’s dock in Greenport Thursday through Sunday (an extra $20 gets you a “Happy Saylor” food and beverage box of nibbles and a mini-cocktail sip). Treks go between Hampton Yacht Boating Club and Marina (51 Pine Neck Ave., Sag Harbor) at noon and 4 p.m.; with service from Claudio’s Marina at 3 and 4 p.m. Learn more and get tickets here or here.
Goldberg’s Bagels and Hey Caviar at The Hamptons Collective
New cannabis dispensary The Hamptons Collective (257 County Road 39A, Southampton) is teaming up with Goldberg’s Bagels and Hey Caviar for a day of complimentary caviar and bagel sammies (while supplies last) on Sunday, May 24. The inside joke: When we interviewed him earlier this month about the grand opening, co-owner Matthew Goldberg quipped: “We are not related to Goldberg’s Bagels.” But hey, food makes the people (and the cannabis) come together. Bonus: They’re also offering a bunch of Memorial Day Weekend deals, like 20% off sitewide for pickup and delivery from May 22 to May 25.

Hello, delicious! Levain Cookies meets Caffé Panna Ice Cream
All summer long at Levain Bakery‘s East End locale (354 Montauk Highway, Wainscott), the cookie creator will be offering a trio of new seasonal options: a customizable 6 oz cookie and ice cream combo; new mini ice cream sandwiches and affogatos for a creamy, dreamy, buzzy sweet treat.
Nrthrn Strong and Aarmy Hit the Hamptons
If you’re looking to shake up your fitness regime this summer, Denmark-born Nrthrn Strong, with its cross-country skiing-centric cardio workout, is kicking off a summer residency this weekend at Tremble (25 Hill St., Southampton), and then moving on to Bagatelle (500 W. Lake Drive, Montauk) for July 4th weekend (check for scheduling here). Aarmy, the boot-campy NYC start-up, will be hosting classes June 16 and 17 at Post House (31 Long Island Ave., Sag Harbor) and at the former SoulCycle Montauk site (15 S. Edgemere St.) for a week starting July 1.
Nikki’s Not Dogs at Share the Harvest
Your favorite vegan hot dog purveyor will be poping up at the Share the Harvest Farm (55 Long Lane, East Hampton) today, Saturday, May 23, with Nikki Glick’s irresistible (and good for you!) vegan dogs in both Chicago and New York styles, plus hot vegan chili bowls, and Nikki’s dairy-free, creamy-dreamy-citrusy key lime pie and coconut cream pie.

ColorPop’s Speakeasy “Ice Cream” Slime Shop
Your favorite creative kids collective, ColorPop Workshop, with locations in Southampton and Westhampton Beach, is hosting a hidden slime ice cream parlor at the Southampton location (67 Jobs Lane). What’s hidden slime ice cream? It’s a bit of a slime speakeasy (there’s no signage to guide you in — IYKYK) combined with a super fun session of nonedible slime creation with all the fixins (for the real stuff, just you just walk across the street to the Jobs Lane Carvel). Kids can take home their creations — and they’ll never melt and fall onto the sidewalk.

Popeyes and Surf Lodge’s Summer Crunch-athon
If you feel like you’d rather get your fried fast-food on as opposed to, say, eating some delicious local fish sizzled to a crisp (and yes, we may be judging you just a little bit if this is your choice), the Surf Lodge (183 Edgemere St., Montauk) is offering a summer-long Popeyes takeover with their mountainous ode to the crispy side of eating with their Chicken Tender Tower, starting this weekend. Also this weekend: there will be Memorial Day deals to be had: Popeyes rewards members are up for a 12 piece tenders package for 12 bucks.

Sugar-free Nixie at Bounce Beach
If you’re trying to keep the calories low, or if you just need a break from the booze, zero sugar soda and sparkling water brand Nixie is going to be a featured sip starting this weekend and running through the end of September at Bounce Beach (148 S. Emerson Ave., Montauk). You can also catch them at the Ramy Brook Sip + Shop event (44 Main St., Southampton) on Monday, May 25.
Dolce & Gabbana Beach Club takeover and La Prairie wellness at Gurney’s Montauk
Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa (290 Old Montauk Highway, Montauk) has two fun, fancy-pants summer installations coming up this season. Dolce & Gabbana is taking over the must-visit Montauk spot’s private beach club, giving the fashionable Italian treatment to everything from loungers and cabanas to an on-site boutique so you can adorn yourself as well from Tuesday, June 9 to Saturday, September 26. Then, if you’re looking to get pretty on the outside from the inside, from June 15 to September 11, Swiss luxury skincare and beauty brand La Prairie is offering a seasonal spa pop-up featuring a couple of cutting-edge facial treatments as well as some new full-on body treatments to rejuvenate the skin you’re in.
Get uniquely summer stylish at Sage & Madison
Chris Coffee always has something cooking at his historic and lovely spot, Sage and Madison (31 Madison St., Sag Harbor). This summer, pencil in the following fun pop-ups: from June 18 to 22, Kulson, the luxury women’s clothing brand from founding Theory designer Lisa Kulson; June 30 to July 3 brings the versatile staple pieces of women’s clothing designer Andra Lieberman and her ALC brand (bonus: there’s a simultaneous caviar and Champers event with this one); and July 8 to 20 The Falls, which brings individual statement pieces of the irreverent and the upcycled sort.
Bar Rêve brings fab cocktails to Canoe Place
While the East End has certainly upped its local cocktail game over the last few years, you can’t beat Manhattan and Brooklyn for pro-innovation and up-the-ante talent behind the stick. If you’re west of the Canal, head to Canoe Place Inn (239 E. Montauk Highway, Hampton Bays) from July 7 to July 12 for a craft cocktail bonanza from Brooklyn’s Bar Rêve, with nightly cocktail service in The Study, poolside spritzes and frozen cocktails and signature Dirty Martini Chargé experience.
Dante makes drinks dreamy at the Pridwin
All summer long, drink in West Village Dante style with their special summer menu created just for the Pridwin Hotel and Cottages (81 Shore Road, Shelter Island) at The Osprey Bar, The Terrace and The Crescent Bar, all with lovely views of Crescent Beach.

Sweet Melissa’s at Jack’s Coffee
Hey, you got your coffee in my cupcake! But you know what? It’s delicious — or it is when it comes to mini-cupcake maven Melissa Ben-Ishay, founder of the popular Dead Head, tie-dye-skewed mini-cupcake, multi-flavor empire Baked by Melissa, whose baking up some coffee-inspired summer fun at Jack’s Coffee locations in Amagansett (146 Montauk Highway) and Sag Harbor (117 Main Street) all summer long.
