Kick off your Thanksgiving feast with special starters like this lobster bisque from L&W Market in Bridgehampton. (Photo courtesy of L&W Market)

Over here at Southforker, we are big fans of cooking. Discussions of Thanksgiving dishes become as important as weekly story status meeting. But as people who work right up until Thanksgiving Day, like we’re assuming the rest of you do, it can be tough to get it all bought, prepped, cooked and on the table.

So maybe you could use a hand. From nabbing a side dish or two to ease the burden to having the whole darn thing made for you, either in your home or in a lovely dining room where you don’t have clean up a thing, there are always excellent options for a Thanksgiving holiday spent in the Hamptons.

Whose Brussels sprout casserole are we eyeing? Which spots have take-out or a great menu to dine in and devour? Check below for our faves this season.

You won’t miss out on the roasty bird aromatics, because their big ol’ free-range turkeys are pre-brined, buttered and trussed, so all you do is pick a size (medium at 12-14 lbs. or large at 18-20 lbs.) and pop it in the oven. Orders must be placed online by Monday, Nov. 24 by 6 p.m.. Pick-up on Wednesday, Nov. 26, from 3 to 5 p.m. or on the big day itself, Thanksgiving morning from 9 to 11 a.m.
