Built in 1860, this two-story shingled farmhouse with a wrap-around porch has been expanded and enhanced by the sellers over their 25 years of ownership, city dwellers who bought it as a country home for their family.

“The wife of the couple had grown up on a farm with a pre-Revolutionary War-era house and she was attracted instantly,” says Patricia Garrity, the Corcoran agent listing the property.
