Can’t imagine Easter anywhere other than your table (or that of a loved one)? L&W Market’s to-go menu allows you to avoid cooking your feast while eating it in a familiar setting, too. A roast rack of lamb with minted salsa verde serves two to three. Large (serves six to eight) and small (serves two to four) honey-mustard glazed hams are also available. The customize-to-your-headcount option ensures you have just the right amount of leftovers. Before digging into your protein of choice, delight guests with apps like antipasti and cheese plates. A decadent chocolate croissant bread pudding or fresh strawberry compote are worthy dessert choices. Orders are due by Friday, March 29 at 9 a.m. and can be picked up on Easter Sunday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. For added ease, order online

Citarella, various locations, 631-283-6600

Today is the last day to get your order into Citarella for Easter to-go! What are you waiting for? They’ve got you covered from caviar to Easter Egg Cake, and so very much in between. There’s classics to frame the meal, like spring veggie-happy bechamel-layered lasagna, buttery challah Easter bread, roast lamb and bone-in apricot glazed ham (among a multitude of other possible proteins from land and sea from which to pick), a stock-pile of sides and sauces, and, of course, dessert — sure, you can get seasonally apropos with a carrot layer cake or Italian cannoli cake, but for our money? It’s the dreamy fondant-encased chocolate layer and mousse filled Easter Egg Cake that’s the winner.

Justin’s Chop Shop, 71 Sunset Ave., Westhampton Beach, 631-288-5532

Of course, butcher Justin DeMarco has got the lamb! And the ham, and the prime rib, and the lasagna, and the meatballs, and… well, you get the picture. His Eater catering menu has got everything you need for a gut-busting holiday throw-down meal except for the sweets (not that you’ll want them after this). Prices are at $70 for a half tray and $130 for a full tray for the pasta and Italian faves menu (sausage or plain cheese lasagna, eggplant parmesan, baked manicotti and the like); sides like wild rice pilaf, garlic mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus at $39 for a half tray and $75 for a full; splendid seafare offerings like crab stuffed flue or sautéed shrimp (done fra diabolo, scampi or oreganata for $85 a half tray, $160 full; and a bevy of meatballs, roasted meats and more.

The best thing about getting Easter at everyone’s favorite butcher shop-grocery-deli? You can get holiday ham for days, and still order a side of that crazy delicious fried chicken. We won’t stop you. Full dinners are being offered for $39.95 per person, and include roast ham or turkey breast, mashed or sweet potatoes, traditional stuffing, asparagus or string beans, gravy and cranberry sauce or raisin sauce. And if that’s not enough for you, there’s always their regular catering menu to pick from, too.
