Tomorrow, make the most of your Saturday morning.

The Southampton Hospital Foundation hosts a day of wellness for community members at Southampton Youth Services (1370A Majors Path, 631-287-1511) in North Sea.

From 8 to 11 a.m., all are welcome to join in for a variety of invigorating, energizing exercise classes, to celebrate and promote good health while supporting our local, community hospital. Featuring a pickleball tournament, yoga, mat pilates, Elements Barre Fit’s Barre + Sculpt, Barnyard Fitness’ Strong, DanceBody, massage, acupressure, and more, classes range between $20 and $60 (with the fee for pickleball being a 2-person team fee of $120).

“It’s exciting to see the event take place at SYS for the first time,” says Caitlin Diebold O’Connell, who is hosting the Elements Barre Fit class. “Hosting it in a community-centered space underscores what the day is really about—coming together to support wellness and healthcare close to home.”
