Call it a mocktail, call it a cocktail with no alcohol. Call it whatever floats your paper umbrella, but you will call these lovely limeades from Coche Comedor in Amagansett fun. And awfully refreshing. Instead of feeling the ho-hum utilitarian act of perfunctorily sipping on club soda, more and more bars and restaurants are taking care with their no- and low-abv drinks. We’re partial to Coche Comedor’s tamarind version of this drink, but any fresh fruit puree will do the trick.
