Practice rounds for the 2013 U.S. Women’s Open started today at Sebonack Golf Club in Southampton.
The first round of championship play begins on Thursday (June 27) and continues until Sunday.
This is the first Open Championship being held at Sebonack, a beautiful course on the Peconic Bay that was designed by Jack Nicklaus and Tom Doak.
More than 130,000 spectators are expected over the course of the coming week.
Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased online.
Practice round tickets are $20 and championship round prices range from $40 to $200 for upgraded packages of 7 tickets total.
Sebonack Golf Club is located at 405 Sebonac Rd, Southampton.
Parking for the event will be located at 195 Magee Street.
A free shuttle will take spectators from the lot to the main entrance.
