Enjoy a delicious New Year’s Eve dinner with a special holiday Prix Fixe menu with the below dishes. Seatings are at 5:30pm and 6:00pm, and do not include tickets to the Dune Lounge New Year’s Eve Party. However, tickets may be purchased separately.
Starter ( Choice of):
• Beef Consommé with Foie Gras Ravioli
• Waldorf Salad — apples, celery, grapes, walnuts, yogurt dressing
• Braised Short Ribs
• Giant Shrimp Scampi — green garlic scampi butter
Entrée (Choice of):
• Beef Wellington — mushroom, spinach, puff pastry, black truffle red wine sauce
• Lobster Thermidor — Gruyère, white wine sauce, whole grain mustard
• Roasted Duck Breast & Confitt — bourbon cherry sauce, rainbow Swiss chard
• Dover Sole Meunière — brown butter, capers, lemon, parsley, Brussels sprouts
