Veteran chef/restaurateur Douglas Gulija newest creation, FĒNIKS in Southampton will offer a special Taste of Seven Fishes on Christmas Eve, December 24th. There will be one seating between 6 – 6:30 p.m. The cost is $150 per person plus tax and gratuity. The menu is as follows:

 

Montauk Pearl Oysters with Vodka Crème Fraiche and Siberian Caviar

Catsmo Smoked Salmon with Celery Root-Remoulade and Chive Oil

Yellow Fin Tuna Tartare and Jumbo Lump Crabmeat with Avocado-Wasabi Mash

Seared Local Calamari with Piquollo Peppers and Hummus

Steamed Local Black Sea Bass with Udon Noodles and Ginger-Lemongrass Broth

Grilled Lobster-Red Shrimp Sausage with Braised Cabbage and Lobster Sauce

Pumpkin Lobster Bisque with Butter Poached Lobster and Chervil

Sauteed Local Striped Bass with Chorizo and Local Clams

  

Reservations are necessary and may be booked at this link. FĒNIKS is open Wednesday through Monday at 5 p.m. The multiple spaces at the restaurant can accommodate both small and large groups as well as private events.
