Veteran chef/restaurateur Douglas Gulija newest creation, FĒNIKS in Southampton will offer a special Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday, November 27th from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.  The three-course meal will be $125 per person. The menu is as follows:

 

First Course

Pumpkin Lobster Bisque

Autumn Salad

Vegetable Tian

Tuna & Crab Tower

 

Main Course

Choice of:

Organic Turkey with traditional sides

Lobster-Shrimp Sheperd’s Pie

Tagliatelle with Wild Mushrooms

Duck Three Ways

 

Dessert

Choice of:

Pumpkin Torte

Apple-Pecan Cake

Reservations are necessary and may be booked at this link. FĒNIKS is open Wednesday through Monday at 5 p.m. Reservations are available at https://www.feniks.com. The multiple spaces at the restaurant can accommodate both small and large groups as well as private events.
