Local wellness expert Peggy Kraus cares about your health.
So much so that Kraus, a clinical exercise physiologist who’s worked in cardiac rehabilitation at Stony Brook Southampton for three decades, is launching a free fall health reset tour across several Hamptons locations for the next month and a half. And it all is starting next week.
“There’s no shortage of health information out there,” Kraus says. “But information alone doesn’t change lives. What people need is expertise they can trust, accountability that keeps them moving forward, and a real connection to someone who can make the science feel simple and doable. That’s what this program is designed to deliver.”
With the intent to offer practical, science-based guidance to help East Enders understand their bodies (and what their bodies may need) better, the speaking tour highlights clear, actionable strategies focused on weight, cholesterol, blood sugar, inflammation and how they connect through the microbiome. Sessions will include visual learning, real-world examples and (when permitted) a small cold food demonstration.
