Internationally renowned fashion designer Ralph Lauren is practically synonymous with the Hamptons, so it’s fitting that a coffee pop-up residency erected in his honor would exist.
Lauren’s latest caffeinated effort, Ralph’s Coffee, is a mobile coffee outpost situated at East Hampton’s historic Mulford Farm (10 James Lane), open through September 7, open since mid-June. In an effort to pay homage to the farm, one of the nation’s most significant and still-intact English colonial farmsteads, the residency’s installation will boast green coffee truck alongside an outdoor seating area set with wicker chairs, green-and-white umbrellas and lawn games, according to a press statement from the East Hampton Historical Society.
“For decades, Ralph Lauren has shared a deep and personal connection to the Hamptons, drawing inspiration from its history, natural beauty and timeless character that have shaped some of his most enduring creative expressions,” the release says. “Ralph Lauren has supported this beloved community for many years, notably through the company’s longstanding partnership with the East Hampton Historical Society and its support of the restoration of Mulford Farm that helped to preserve the legacy of one America’s most significant English Colonial farmsteads for future generations.”
Ralph’s Coffee will feature organic coffee beans from Central and South America and Africa, available in three signature blends: Ralph’s Rioast, Decaf or Espresso. Seasonal offerings are also slated to include an Espresso Tonic, Matcha Lemonade and the Mulford Farm Spritz (a sparkling pomegranate limeade), with 100% of the latter’s purchase price donated to the East Hampton Historical Society.
Additionally, “Farm Favorites” include a menu of freshly baked good provided by Amber Waves Farm & Market, the Amagansett-based nonprofit educational farm renowned for fostering educational opportunities in agriculture. Non-food related items available will also include Mulford Farm illustrations available for purchase.
