Even though spring hasn’t officially sprung just yet, there’s a definite, palpable feeling of increased activity across the Hamptons. For this weekend, the itinerary includes several theatrical performances in both East and Southampton towns, at Quogue’s Hampton Theatre Company and Wainscott’s LTV, respectively. Also, Bay Street hosts a mother of a comedy show, featuring an all-female all star lineup of comediennes sure to tickle your funny bone (lovingly, of course!).
Art is in the forefront, too, as Sag Harbor’s Grenning Gallery tightens the reins on their latest sea and fishermen-centric exhibit while Sagaponack Farm Distillery hosts a showcase or collages made by a North Fork-based artist. If you’re kicking around Westhampton Beach, don’t miss the St. Patrick’s Day parade on Saturday, March 15. For more parade and paegentry info, click this little ditty here.
Hopefully, Daylight Savings didn’t mess up your internal clock too much, but even if it did, the days are getting a little bit longer, the weather’s getting a little bit warmer, the light at the end of the tunnel is getting a little bit brighter.
