From January 29 through this weekend, we celebrate the Year of the Snake, a creature that in the Chinese zodiac symbolizes transformation, wisdom and rebirth. If you’re looking to shed some old skin, er, ways, this is a great time to do it.

Also, big news in Southampton! The much-anticipated, dearly beloved movie theater will be open as the newly renovated, remodeled Southampton Playhouse, hosting screenings of several films throughout the weekend.
