It’s fair to want to fall back on the classics. They’re classic for a reason! For this weekend, a handful of South Fork spots are gearing up to celebrate classic literature, theater and stories of all shapes and sizes.
And if literature isn’t really your bag, hit up the annual Shelter Island Lions Club scallop dinner to benefit local families as well as those in need of disaster relief from recent hurricanes. Don’t like bay scallops? As much as that may break our little hearts, it’s not a problem at all. Head over to Almond in Bridgehampton for a more carnivorous (or vegetarian)-forward meal. If you go tonight, you can roll the dice (literally) for a free meal. Details on this, plus all the other Hamptons happenings for this upcoming weekend, are all listed below.
