Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 oz Barr Hill Vermont Gin
  • 1/2 oz Barr Hill Tomcat Gin
  • 1 oz Salers Aperitif
  • 3/4 oz Borgogno Bianco Vermouth
  • 1 dash Bitter Truth grapefruit bitters
  • 1 grapefruit peel

Method
 

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice and pour in all liquid ingredients except the bitters.
  2. Stir well and strain into an ice-filled double rocks glass with one large ice cube.
  3. Add the bitters and garnish with the grapefruit peel. Cheers!
