Method
- Combine first four ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled, around 10 to 15 seconds.
- Strain over fresh ice into a 16-oz pint glass (like it's done at Salt).
- Float the Goslings Black Seal rum on top.
- Garnish with the orange wheel and cherry.
- Using a microplane, grate a little fresh nutmeg on the top. Cheers!
