Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1/2 oz Goslings Black Seal rum
  • 1 orange wheel
  • 1 maraschino cherry
  • fresh nutmeg

Method
 

  1. Combine first four ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until well chilled, around 10 to 15 seconds.
  3. Strain over fresh ice into a 16-oz pint glass (like it's done at Salt).
  4. Float the Goslings Black Seal rum on top.
  5. Garnish with the orange wheel and cherry.
  6. Using a microplane, grate a little fresh nutmeg on the top. Cheers!
