Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz Upstate Vodka
  • 1 oz fresh apple juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz Neversink Apple Brandy
  • 1/4 oz lime acid
  • 1/4 oz verjus
  • 1/4 oz Lillet Blanc

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled, about 10 to 15 seconds.
  2. Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Put on some Soundgarden or Pearl Jam. Cheers to the '90s!
