Ingredients
  

  • 1 barspoon Demerara sugar
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 oz Lillet Blanc
  • 4 oz brut-style Champagne
  • 1 orange peel

Method
 

  1. In a flute or wine glass, add in the sugar and saturate with the bitters.
  2. Pour in the Lillet Blanc. Give it a little stir to dilute the sugar.
  3. Top with Champagne and garnish with the orange peel.
