Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz Boulard Calvados VSOP
  • 3/4 oz orange liqueur (Bauchant is recommended, but your favorite, high-quality triple sec is fine)
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 broad orange peel or apple slice

Method
 

  1. Pour all liquid ingredients into an ice-filled shaker and shake well, for about 10 to 15 seconds.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
  3. Garnish with the orange peel or apple slice. Salut!
