Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz Hendrick's gin
  • 3/4 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 dashes lime bitters
  • 1-2 oz Prosecco, brut style
  • 1 lime peel, for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a shaker with ice, combine first five ingredients. Shake well for about 10 to 15 seconds until thoroughly chilled.
  2. Pour into an ice-filled double rocks or highball glass.
  3. Top with Prosecco and garnish with the lime peel. Cheers!
