Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 oz squeeze-bottle chocolate syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz vodka of choice
  • 1 1/2 oz Kahlúa or other coffee liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz Bailey's Original Irish Cream liqueur
  • 2-3 scoops vanilla ice cream (or just add extra ice if you want to skip)

Method
 

  1. Squeeze the chocolate syrup in a circular pattern around the inside of a chilled pint glass or Solo cup. Set aside.
  2. Pour the vodka, Kahlúa and Bailey’s into the blender. Add in the ice cream if using, and a generous cup or more of ice. Blend on medium-high speed.
  3. Pour into the pint glass or cup, add a straw and don’t sip too fast (to avoid brain freeeeeeeeeze!)
