Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 oz Espolon blanco tequila
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 1 barspoon agave nectar
  • 1 lime wheel

Method
 

  1. Gently wet the edges of a double-rocks glass, rim with sea salt and fill with ice. Set aside.
  2. In a shaker with ice, combine all ingredients and shake well until very cold, about 10 to 15 seconds.
  3. Strain into the double-rocks glass and garnish with a lime wheel. Cin-cin!
