Maple Ginger Sour

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Dewar's 12-year-old blended Scotch whisky
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz maple syrup
  • 1/2 oz ginger syrup
  • 3/4 oz blood orange juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well, for about 10 to 15 seconds.
  3. Strain into an ice-filled double rocks glass.
