Lychee Martini

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Bombay Sapphire gin
  • 1 oz lychee liqueur
  • 3/4 oz lychee syrup or puree (from canned lychees)
  • 1/4 oz dry vermouth
  • 1 lychee fruit, fresh or canned

Method
 

  1. In a shaker with ice, combine all liquid ingredients. Sake well, until thoroughly chilled.
  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Garnish with the lychee fruit. Cheers!
