Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
  • 1 oz London Dry gin
  • 1 oz dry or bianco vermouth
  • pink grapefruit wedge or three Castalvetano olives

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled double rocks glass.
  2. Stir well. Garnish with the pink grapefruit wedge or a trio of skewered olives. Cheers!
