Mexican cucumber, peeled and sliced

gorgonzola cheese, crumbled

Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and sliced

red onion, sliced thinly

extra virgin olive oil
1/4
cup
red wine vinegar
1/4
cup
Pecorino Romano cheese

Italian seasoning

tsp
granulated garlic
salt and pepper, to taste
Method
Chop all of the applicable ingredients and place them in a bowl.
Mix the extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and seasoning to make vinaigrette.
Toss the ingredients with vinaigrette.
Serve family style.
