Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz Nikka Coffey Pot Grain Whisky
  • 3/4 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
  • 1/2 oz fresh yuzu juice
  • 1/4 oz honey syrup
  • 1/2 tsp matcha dust

Method
 

  1. Combine all liquid ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well for 10 to 15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Using a fine mesh sieve, gently sprinkle the matcha on top. Cheers!
