Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz Bols Blue 1575 liqueur (if you can't find it, blue curaçao will do the trick)
  • 3/4 oz vodka
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until well-chilled, about 10 to 15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass, or a coupe. Cheers!
