Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz Espadin mezcal (we're fans of Madre)
  • 3/4 oz Hpnotiq liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Yuzu juice
  • 1/2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 2 to 3 pineapple leaves

Method
 

  1. Add all liquid ingredients into a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until well-chilled, about 10 to 15 seconds.
  3. Pour over ice in a double-rocks glass. Garnish with the pineapple leave and lime wedge.
