Method
- Muddle the charred nectarine, apricots, mint, and lemon juice gently in a shaker.
- Add bourbon, apricot-Cointreau soaking liquid and ice to the shaker, and shake until well chilled, about 10 to 15 seconds.
- Double strain over fresh crushed ice in a rocks glass. Finish with a light Laphroaig mist over the top.
- Garnish with mint sprig plus 3 thin slices of charred nectarine.
