ice sphere (with fennel fronds frozen inside)
Method
Wash rocks glass with absinthe; add ice sphere.
Add whiskey, Cognac, Demerara syrup and bitters to a mixing glass.
Add ice and stir until well chilled (about 10 seconds).
Double strain over ice sphere. Cheers!
