Method
- In a shaker with ice, pour in mezcal, Cointreau, lime juice and apple cider.
- Shake until well-chilled, about 10 to 15 seconds.
- Use the squeezed-out lime to dampen the edge of your rocks glass. Pour the the cinnamon and sugar mix onto a saucer or small place and gently dip the rim of the glass in it, coating entirely.
- Add ice to your glass and strain the cocktail over it. Garnish with a dehydrated or fresh lime wheel. Cheers!
