Apple Cider Mezcalita

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz mezcal
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz fresh apple cider
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • 1 dehydrated (or fresh) lime wheel

Method
 

  1. In a shaker with ice, pour in mezcal, Cointreau, lime juice and apple cider.
  2. Shake until well-chilled, about 10 to 15 seconds.
  3. Use the squeezed-out lime to dampen the edge of your rocks glass. Pour the the cinnamon and sugar mix onto a saucer or small place and gently dip the rim of the glass in it, coating entirely.
  4. Add ice to your glass and strain the cocktail over it. Garnish with a dehydrated or fresh lime wheel. Cheers!
