Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Amante 1530 Amaro
  • 3 oz Prosecco (brut-style, please!)
  • 1 oz club soda
  • 1 lemon wedge

Method
 

  1. In a large wine glass, combine the amaro, Prosecco and club soda.
  2. Squeeze the juice of the lemon wedge into the drink, and drop the squeezed out rind in.
  3. Give it a little stir and serve. Cheers!
