Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Amante 1530 Amaro
  • 3 oz Prosecco (brut-style, please!)
  • 1 oz club soda
  • 1 lemon wedge

Instructions
 

  • In a large wine glass, combine the amaro, Prosecco and club soda.
  • Squeeze the juice of the lemon wedge into the drink, and drop the squeezed out rind in.
  • Give it a little stir and serve. Cheers!
