Zoe Marks is Director of Overseas Operations for Yatar, Israel’s sole compact All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) unit. From the Gaza Strip to the borders of Lebanon – Yatar is a specialist first-responder, anti-terror unit. Underpinned by swift and effective responses with agile ATVs allowing for access to off-road locations, Yatar shields Israel from internal and external threats. Yatar has played an integral role with the war in Gaza including the arrest of terrorists and evacuations of hundreds of wounded soldiers from Gaza. Zoe will share her experience on Oct 7th and military service in her unit inside and outside of Gaza.
