Join Slow Food East End on November 14th and 15th to celebrate the fall bounty of the North and South Forks. Chef Noah Schwartz of Noah’s in Greenport on the North Fork and Chef Jason Weiner of Almond in Bridgehampton on the South Fork are both notoriously committed to farm-to-fork dining. Both chefs are i Snail of Approval award winning chefs and excellent Slow Food ambassadors for our community, they have each curated a multi-course menu featuring local growers. Following a cocktail reception, both chefs will present their courses paired with selections from local Snail of Approval wineries.
Taste the Fork dinners celebrate Slow Food East End, help fund various Feed the Forks initiatives and kick-off SFEE’s annual virtual Auction 11/13-11/17.
