We’re thrilled to announce a milestone celebration — our 10th Annual Sylvester Manor Farm to Table Benefit on Saturday, June 24th from 6-10:30pm.
Once again cocktails will be served on the upper lawn under the large tent with a variety of delicious hors d’oeuvres. Dining will be “Creekside” where we will enjoy the sunset over Gardiners Creek and dance the night away under glowing lights in our 8,500-square-foot tent.
We will dine on local favorites provided by North Fork’s Lombardi’s Love Lane Market, a family run caterer and market dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience. Cocktail hour will include local Peeko Oysters, a sushi station, and many passed hors d’oeuvres. Dinner will be served buffet style on six fully loaded farm tables with a wide variety of offerings from land and sea. And of course, it wouldn’t be Farm to Table if our menu did not include our very own Sylvester Manor grown food.
We will furnish open spaces with lounge seating and high-top tables to allow guests to comfortably mingle, find a cozy place to chat, or stake a place near the dance floor as the party continues with great music and dancing into the evening.
Commemorating 10 years of Farm to Table is a remarkable moment. During the evening we will share key accomplishments of the Manor honoring its history, the dedication of staff and volunteers, and the generosity of our donors, so critical to the nonprofit’s growth and success.
