Speiβbraten, or German-style smoked pork, is a specialty of
the town of Idar-Oberstein. To cook speiβbraten authentically, you will need
some beech wood chips or chunks. Join us for a cooking seminar followed by a
full dinner as Chef Brian demonstrates how to prepare this delicious dish at
home. Served with warm German potato salad and cucumber salad.

$15 per person due at registration.
