Fresno in East Hampton has announced they will participate in Fall Long Island Restaurant Week for the first time ever. The promotion is being held from Sunday, November 2 – Sunday, November 9 and will feature a three-course prix fixe menu for only $46 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Fresno serves dinner beginning at 5 p.m. and is closed Tuesdays. First Course

Soup of the Day

Salmon Tartare

Capers, green curry, whole grain mustard, ginger oil and homemade chips

Duck Paella

Slow roasted duck leg confit, saffron risotto, shrimp and mussels 

Artisanal Greens

Halsey farm apples, Manchego, pumpkin seeds and sherry vinaigrette 

Balsam Farm Curly Kale Salad

Roasted local butternut squash, cranberries, almonds, pecorino and green goddess 

Second Course

Rigatoni

Beef, veal and pork, San Marzano tomatoes, parmesan and crushed red pepper 

Vegan Roasted Cauliflower

Quinoa, mushroom, spinach, baby carrots & roasted butternut squash sauce 

Pan-Seared Scottish Salmon

Roasted Balsam Farm fingerling potato, mushroom sautéed baby bok choy and mango-coconut sauce 

Grilled Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Potato purée, sauteed haricot verts and apple-mustard sauce
