1st | GOUGERE- shiitake mushroom gougere
2nd | KATSU- ginger crab or carrot ginger
3rd | CRISPY RICE- spicy tuna or sweet potato & quinoa
4th | RAMEN- mini charred tomato & lobster or mini charred tomato & tofu
5th | SWEET TART- yuzu & apple meringue
