Our shared commitment to organic and biodynamic farming, support of local farmers, and dedication to sustainable practices make this collaboration truly special. Chef Noah, recognized by the James Beard Foundation, Best Chefs in America, Dan’s Best of the Best, and as a partner of Slow Foods East End, will create a seasonal menu thoughtfully paired with RGNY Wines to honor Long Island’s unique terroir.
