The American Hotel
The restaurant will be serving a multi-course prix fixe dinner for $85 per person for adults and $40 for children. Holiday offerings will be roasted fresh chestnuts, a choice of one of two soups and two salads, Scottish salmon, Peconic Bay scallops, Long Island duck, filet mignon, and more. A selection of holiday inspired desserts will also be available.

The Blend at Three Mile Harbor
The Blend will be open for lunch and dinner on Christmas Eve from noon to 8 p.m. With a focus on a continental American menu, notable dishes served include wood roasted duck, baked crab stuffed lobster and grilled overnight marinated lamb rack with roasted mushrooms. There will also be a traditional Feast of the Seven Fishes available. The restaurant is also opened Christmas day from 3 to 9 p.m.

Pierre’s
The regular lunch and dinner will be served on Christmas Eve until 10 p.m., in addition to a Christmas brunch the following morning. Most notable at Pierre’s are their signature Christmas yule logs, beautifully decorated in your choice of four flavors: coffee, chestnut with chocolate dacquoise, exotic passion fruit and raspberry mousseline, and snowman (tiramisu mousseline with chocolate chips).
