Chefs and their mobile kitchens from New York City and across the Island will arrive in Bridgehampton on Friday for Edible East End’s Great Food Truck Derby.
At least 15 trucks will be there including local favorites like Eat Me, Drink Me and Noah’s on the Road as well as New York visitors like Morris Grilled Cheese and Drive Change, which not only makes maple syrup governed grilled cheese, it employs formerly incarcerated youths.
Tickets are still available for the event which runs from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Hayground School on Mitchell Lane.
General admission ($65) includes one tasting from each truck and two free drinks. VIP admission ($100) and kids tickets ($20) are available as well.
