The Riverhead Project’s executive chef Lia Fallon has been selected join a select group of culinary masters to prepare a four-course dinner to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
The Grand Chefs Gala’s Entrée to a Cure gives diners a fine culinary experience while supporting a worthy cause.
Ms. Fallon is one of four participating chefs at the Grand Chefs Gala’s Entrée to a Cure.
She is the former owner and chef of Amarelle in Wading River and began her career at The Food Network working with celebrity chefs such as Emeril Lagasse and Bobby Flay. She joined TPR earlier this year after a stint at Jedediah Hawkins Inn.
Ms. Fallon will be joined by Marc Murphy, chef and owner of Benchmarc Restaurants and Benchmarc Events in New York City; Fran Klier, best known as a former competitor on Fox’s Emmy-winning competition “Hell’s Kitchen” with internationally renowned Chef Gordon Ramsey; and Steven Ciccone, Celebrity Pastry Chef whose work has won a numerous awards from both domestic and internationally-acclaimed culinary societies. Celebrities including Whitney Houston, Adam Lambert, Gavin DeGraw and Queen Latifah have embraced his dramatic style.
The evening includes cocktails and a silent auction. VIP guests enjoy a special meet and greet with Celebrity Chefs and a commemorative gift.
The Grand Chefs Gala is Thursday, Oct. 24 at 6:30 p.m. at Carlyle On The Green, 99 Quaker Meeting House Road Farmingdale.
